I tried to mix the powder with a fork, for a good while, like more than 2 minutes, and still came up with lumpy gross crapola. My husband works long hours in construction, and needs a boost midday, so I was buying him liquid boost type drinks, but he was having an issue with the milk protein so I decided to buy the soy protein which is only available in powder form.
